|The ordinance 2 of the Federal Council on measures to combat coronavirus allows companies to hold their general meetings remotely. In this case, shareholders may only vote through the independent proxy or the electronic system designated by the company.
In order to enable shareholders to vote in accordance with Ethos' recommendations, Ethos publishes its voting recommendations on its website 5 working days (instead of the usual 2 days) before the date of the general meeting of shareholders, as long as the regulation remains in force.
Ethos publishes its voting recommendations on its web page 2 working days prior to the date of the general meeting. Clients of Ethos’ proxy voting analyses service receive a detailed analysis generally twelve days prior to the general meeting (become client).
